Exchange and Return Policy
Replacement policy:
Exchanges with Azza Al Mutamayza are very easy and convenient and are available for 3 days from the date you receive your order. All you have to do is:
1- Contact the customer service team and message them on WhatsApp 0540083289
2- Provide them with (order number - alternative model - required size) to submit an exchange request for you
3- After the product arrives, is inspected, and all accessories are confirmed to be present, the replacement order will be shipped immediately.
Replacement conditions:
1- Replacement is available only once for orders within Saudi Arabia.
2- The customer bears the shipping cost.
3- No exchange is allowed on a product modified at the customer's request (shortening - narrowing - snap fastening).
If the product is defective or there is a mistake, Azza Al Mutamayza will bear the shipping costs.
4- There are no exchanges for international orders.

Return policy:
Returns with Azza Premium Store are available within 3 days of receiving your order. All you have to do is:
1- Contact the customer service team and message them on WhatsApp 0540083289
2- Provide them with (the order number, the reason for the return, the account number or IBAN, the bank name, and the account holder's full name) to submit a return request for you.
3- After the product arrives, is inspected, and all accessories are confirmed to be present, the payment will be transferred within 5 to 14 working days from receipt.
4- The shipping fee will be deducted for delivery and return.
5- There are no refunds for international orders.
